¿How can i buy Green Coast Products?

 

If you are in Mexico please send us an e-mail to nexpagc@gmail.com including detailed info about the item(s) you would like to buy. Model, quantity, color, design, cap details (kind of brim) and the post address where you want us to mail the products: Street, outside number (and inside if it has one), Neigborhood, ZIP code, city, state, and full name and phone number of postal recipient. We will reply an e-mail with total price of product(s) beside the next instructions to follow the payment and shipping details. If you are outside of mexican territory send us your info, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will be offering PayPal service and other payment sistems pretty soon.

How long does it take to shipping of the purchase?

 

The shipping process changes acording to your location and weight (quantity) of the requested items. To answer this question is necesary to know the sending area (ZIP Code) and amount of items you are purchasing to give you the correct price and arrival date. What if my purchase doesn't arrive in according time?

 

We produce handcraft designs and supervise personaly the creation and shipping of your items. It's our responsability make them arrive in the according date but sometimes is out of our hands the mailing companies issues, so if your purchase doesn't arrive in the right time, is necesary you notify us as son as possible at the e-mail nexpagc@gmail.com with a message including URGENT as the subject line of it in a way to track the shipment of your purchase and give you the atention you deserve.

Can i return my purchase?

 

We offer high quality handcrafted products with a custom monitoring system at which we are aware of the overall quality of each item. In case of any factory default, wrong size or shape of the product you requested is necessary to contact us at the email nexpagc@gmail.com including in the subject line the word RETURN . Shipping costs of return purchases will be payed by the customer and will only be possible to reimbusement of the purchase with a returning code authorization issued by our administration.

How do I appear in the Green Pages or place one ad in Green Coast USA site?

 

We are currently in a development phase of our project, why it's necessary to come into direct contact with our administration via email nexpagc@gmail.com , specifying the comunication needs of your company and to offer the appropriate option to your needs .

 

The appearance in the Green Pages is now free and will have an annual cost of approximately $ 50 USD ( subject to change) from the month of May 2015. Take registration of your company in our listings before then and enjoy the benefits of belonging to our Golden customers.
